Zuhair is Chief Executive of Aon Hewitt's Delegated Consulting Service business having joined in 2007 as a Principal in the Global Investment Practice.

Zuhair has built a broad range of expertise across the investment industry, having held a number of senior management positions and is a qualified Actuary with over 20 years experience. This experience extends across a wide variety of institutional investors by asset size, structure and geographic location.
       
Zuhair specialises in developing nimble and efficient client strategies. He has written numerous articles on optimal pension scheme governance models and investment strategies.
